Shipping Policies

Delivery :

1. Delivery Costs: Delivery costs will be calculated at the time of ordering and will depend on the destination. Delivery costs are €8.80 for orders in mainland France and free for orders over €50.

2. Delivery Time: Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will depend on the destination and shipping method chosen by the customer.

3. Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped. Any delays beyond our control will be communicated as soon as possible.

Refund :

1. Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our policy. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must submit a request within 10 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Conditions: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging. Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.

3. Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receipt of the returned products.

Returns:

1. Return Request: Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order by contacting our customer service.

2. Non-Returnable Products: Certain products are not eligible for return for hygiene and food safety reasons.

3. Return Conditions: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
